Does it include both start and end dates?
The difference is the elapsed time between the two points, so it does not double-count. If you need an inclusive "number of days in a period" (e.g. a stay), add 1 to the total days.
What if the end date is before the start date?
The tool automatically treats the later date as the endpoint and reports the absolute gap, so order does not matter.
Can I use it for business days?
This tool counts calendar days. For business days (excluding weekends and holidays) you would need to subtract the weekend days from the total.
