Are the numbers truly random?
They use your browser cryptographically-secure random source when available, which is more than enough for games, raffles and testing. For gambling or security-critical uses, follow your jurisdiction rules.
Can I get the same number twice?
Only if "allow repeats" is on and the range is large enough. With repeats off, every number in the result is unique.
Do I need an account?
No - it is free and runs entirely in your browser.
